Saša Dejanović, Croatian guitar player could be a successor of the legendary Spanish guitarist Andres Segovia.
The guitarist SAŠA DEJANOVIĆ started to play the classical guitar in his native Banja Luka and he continued his studies at the Secondary School of Music in Sarajevo with professor Darko Petrinjak. Only nineteen years old he gained prestigious awards at numerous classical guitar contests which enabled him to continue with his studies at the Academia International Superior di Musica in Italy and at the famous Royal College of Music in London. His artistic path continued with appearances on major concert halls in Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Norway, in the United States and Japan. For his performances he gained splendid reviews and some musical experts regard him as a successor of legendary Spanish guitarists Segovia and Yepes. In addition he regularly records for radio and television in Croatia, Austria and Spain. Currently he lives in Madrid and Vrsar and is preparing himself for his new recording of arrangements for the guitar of the entire opus from J. Bach for lute.
