After only three years of playing together, we can say that the Greenwich trio is one of the most passionate and energetic chamber cast on world music scene, successors of legendary Beaux Arts Trio.
The Greenwich Trio is recognised for a successor of legendary Beaux Arts Trio (by famous violoncello player Bernard Greenhouse). In Trio there are the excelent pianist Yoko Misumi, the rewarder of Europian Beethoven fundation, the slovenian violinist Lana Trotovšek – the talent discovered by legendary italian violonist Ruggeri Ricci and the violoncello player Stjepan Hauser the last student of legendary cello player Mstislav Rostropovič, the winner of 21 first prizes at international music competitions all over the world. They won a lot of first and special prizes on international competitions. They improve their technical knowledge by world known chamber casts, like Alban Berg quartet, Beaux Arts trio, Schubert Ensemble, Israel piano trio and others. After barely two years of together playing we can consider The Greenwich Trio among most energic, passionate and fine chamber casts on international music scene.
