Since 1986, when the trumpeter Reinhold Friedrich won the first prize at the international music competition in Munich, the artist has appeared on all the major national and international stages worldwide. His wide musical repertoire ranges from baroque music, carried out on period instruments, such as the Baroque trumpet, to recent literature for solo trumpet. As a soloist Reinhold Friedrich performs with distinguished European chamber and symphonic orchestras, and often also with a friend organist from Frankfurt Martin Lücker.

When the famous critic J. Steane from Grammophon magazine heard tenor Janez Lotrič in the title role of Verdi’s Il trovatore (The Troubadour) in the Vienna state opera, he wrote: "His arias have such sweetness, body and purity that I actually found myself wondering whether perhaps Caruso, at the time of his "Trovatore" at the Met (Opera), might not have sounded rather similar.

Those who like Baroque music will surely revel in the music composed by Italian Baroque masters of instrumental music which will be performed by the Baroque trio from Italy. There will be special emphasis on the oeuvre of Tartini, the renowned fiddler from Piran.

Drugi koncert Glasbenega poletja v Bohinju
Vokalni ansambel Perpetuum Jazzile je edini pevski zbor v slovenskem glasbenem prostoru, ki ima jazzovsko in popularno glasbo za svojo glavno programsko usmeritev. V kompleksnih jazzovskih harmonijah in ritmih pevke in pevci zbora uživajo že štiriindvajseto leto. Ansambel Perpetuum Jazzile je svoj prvi diskografski korak naredil leta 2000 z zgoščenko pod naslovom Ko boš prišla na Bled, tej je leta 2003 sledila zgoščenka naslovom Pozabi, da se ti mudi, jeseni 2006 pa je zbor javnosti predstavil že svoj tretji, še bogatejši album z naslovom Čudna noč.

Duo Giampaolo Bandini (kitara) in Cesare Chiacchiaretta (bandoneon) sta ustanovila italijanska umetnika leta 2002, da bi kot vrhunska umetnika na svojih instrumentih približala širokim glasbenim množicam južnoameriško folklorno glasbeno izročilo (s poudarkom na tangu) tudi na koncertnem odru. Takoj sta požela velik uspeh na največjih svetovnih glasbenih prizoriščih in festivalih. Redno nastopata v prestižnih koncertnih dvoranah v Mehiki, Španiji, Avstriji, Nemčiji, Švici, Nizozemski, Poljski, Turčiji, Kanadi, Indiji in na Kitajskem.
